Greetings Neighbors and welcome to the South Beach West Neighborhood Association (SoBe West)!

We’re excited to introduce a community-focused neighborhood organization dedicated to fostering a vibrant, connected, and prosperous neighborhood in the heart of Miami Beach. Our mission is to bring together residents, businesses, and local leaders to enhance the quality of life along the west side of South Beach, while supporting the area’s unique culture and character.  

Our neighborhood is a dynamic community known for its stunning waterfront views, diverse dining scene, and thriving local businesses. From high-rise condos to historic homes, our neighborhood is a blend of modern living and Miami Beach’s timeless charm.  

SoBe West will advocate for community improvements, promote local businesses, and create events that strengthen the bonds between neighbors. We’ll work closely with city officials, business owners, and residents to address neighborhood concerns while building a stronger, more connected community.
