Small Business and Homeowner Assistance

The City of Miami Beach, in collaboration with the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources, is excited to provide Miami Beach homeowners and small business owners with personal assistance in using the Miami-Dade County portal and accessing services for the Miami-Dade County building permit process or municipal certificate of use.

Every third Thursday of the month, a County representative will be available in person at the Miami Beach Building Department from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.  

Those wishing to meet with the County representative should check in at the permit counter window.
