More parking in SoBe West!

Special thanks to Commissioner Gonzales, her Aide Jackie Budin Aide, the Miami Beach Transportation team, and CIP for taking time to meet last week at 1619 West Ave Circular Parking lot.  Purpose was to explore surface lot redesign to accommodate more parking.
